2). Several catering companies cook the food in their own kitchen, then pack it in tiffin carriers and bring it to the dining hall where the wedding guests will assemble for the feast. The drawback for such a process is that the food is cooked well in advance and it is then reheated in the wedding hall which will affect its taste as well as looks. Make sure that the catering company you hire to make food for the wedding guest have the expertise to cook the food in the wedding venue itself so that the guests can savour freshly prepared dishes.

3). The service of the catering staff is very important as the guests are properly taken care of. There are some catering services that send very few staff to serve a large number of diners. In such a situation you will find that the diners are always on the lookout for the serving staff and the waiters are stressed out with so much pressure on them. This will affect their service adversely and also make the event for your wedding guests a bit irritating.

4). You should also look at the number of years the catering company is in business. The longer the period shows that the company is doing something right that is why they are able to stay in the market for such a long time. You can even ask for the contact number of their past client’s so that you can talk to them and find out what their experience with that particular actor was.
